Day 1: Sunday, May 11 – Arrival in Tallinn

  • 10:00 Visit to the Estonian Open Air Museum showcasing the country's rural architecture and way of life. The 14 farms in the museum provide an overview of how families from different strata of society lived in the 18–20th centuries. Walking tour.
  • 13:00 Lunch at PURI, located in Kakumäe Haven - Michelin selected, White Guide Nordic
  • 15:00 Guided visit to Seaplane Harbour Museum, the most exciting maritime museum in Europe.
  • 18:45 Lobby call, walk to the restaurant, in the heart of the medieval Latin quarter in St Catherine's passage.
  • 19:00 Get together dinner Controvento.

Day 2: Monday, May 12 - Tallin

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • 09:00 Old town guided tour by bus and walk: Dome Hill and Down town
  • 11:30 The Niguliste Museum tour, visit to the 13th century sacral church, to see a fragment of Bernt Notke's painting the Danse Macabre (the 'Dance of Death') and take a look over Tallinn from the viewing platform.
  • 12:30 Lunch at Kaerajaan, a modern version of local food influenced by Estonian cultural heritage.
    After lunch a walk in Telliskivi Creative City
  • 15:00 Chocolate Truffle making workshop in Chocokoo, to learn everything about bean-to-bar chocolate and truffle candies.
  • 19:40 Lobby call, drive to restaurant
  • 20:00 Dinner at restaurant NOA, a stylish waterside Michelin recommended restaurant with delightful view over both the city and the sea.

Day 5: Thursday, May 15- Riga & Jurmala

  • 08:30 Check-out. Meet the guide with the sign "Baltic Connecting. Andra." Load luggage onto the bus.
  • 09:00 - 12:20 Riga City Tour
    Riga, with approximately 700,000 residents, is a charming and diverse city in Northern Europe that offers something for everyone. It is famous for its rich cultural heritage, stunning architecture, and vibrant nightlife. Riga's center, featuring medieval buildings, Art Nouveau, and historic wooden houses, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Main attractions include the House of the Blackheads, the Freedom Monument, and Riga’s Dome Cathedral. Riga is an excellent alternative to classic tourist destinations due to its convenient location, compact size, and competitive hotel offers.
  • 12:30 -14:00 Lunch at the “Gutenbergs Rooftop Restaurant ”
  • 14:15 Departure to Jūrmala, the summer capital of Latvia.
    Jūrmala is well known for its natural resources: healing mud, mineral waters, and pine forests. The nearly 25 km long white sand beach is well-maintained and offers undisturbed spots for sunbathing and swimming. Jurmala Resort hotels provide a wide range of SPA services, making it an ideal place for relaxation and health care.
  • 14:45- 16:25 Arrival in Jūrmala resort city, Jūrmala open-air museum. Excursion in the museum – old fishermen's village. Prepare Latvian herbal tea over the fire and taste traditional Latvian snacks. Walk through the pine forest trail to the sandy beach of Jūrmala. Hunt for amber on the beach. Departure to the center of Jūrmala.
  • 16:30 - 17:25 Afternoon sightseeing in the center of Jūrmala: wooden Art Nouveau architecture, central walking street.
  • 17:30 Check-in at the Baltic Beach Hotel. Free time. Optionally, visit the spa and swimming pool. We recommend bringing swimsuits, as the hotel has a large spa center with a seawater swimming pool.
  • 20:00 Dinner at the hotel restaurant. Do not miss the unforgettable view of the sunset on the beach at 21:20 !
    Overnight in Jurmala.

Day 6: Friday, May 16- Jūrmala & Liepāja

  • Optionally: Approx. 03:45 Early morning tour to Kemeri Great Bog to see the sunrise.
    Kemeri National Park is notable for its great biological diversity, unique Kemeri Bog, mineral waters, and therapeutic mud in a 38,165-ha territory. Human activity has minimally affected this area, making it home to many rare species of plants and animals protected in Latvia and Europe. The Great Kemeri Bog Boardwalk offers a chance to explore the bog and its inhabitants. The boardwalk takes visitors through moss, small pine trees, deep pools, tiny dark lakes, and the smell of wild rosemary. There are no cars, people, bells, or whistles surrounding you. It is the best antidepressant in the world and a great place to recharge.
  • 06:30 Return to the hotel. Relax, have breakfast (starting at 07:00), and swim in the pool (open at 08:00).
  • 09:45 Check-out and departure to Western Latvia.
  • 12:00 - 14:00 Visit the farm “Strauss un Kaza.” Light brunch and excursion.
    “Strauss un Kaza” is the largest ostrich farm in Latvia, where you can learn about ostriches' unpredictable nature, observe the graceful progress of large birds, see their large eggs, and enjoy the small ostriches.
  • 14:00 - 15:20 Transfer to Liepāja.
  • 15:20 Check-in at AMRITA Hotel.
  • 16:30 - 19:00 City tour in Liepaja.
    Liepāja is a city of contrasts, with many marvelous architectural buildings, many in the Art Nouveau style. Liepaja is known as one of Latvia's popular musical and theatrical cities. The city has won the honor of being the Capital of Culture of Europe in 2027. On the 8-kilometer stretch along the coast of the Baltic Sea, you can enjoy warm summer days, and after storms on the beach, you can find small pieces of amber.
  • 19:00 Dinner at a city restaurant in Liepaja.
  • Overnight in Liepāja.

Day 7: Saturday, May 17- Liepaja, Rundale & transfer to Lithuania

  • 08:00 - 10:55 Transfer to Rundale Palace.
  • 11:00 - 13:00 Guided tour of Rundale Palace & Park, a Baroque pearl in an intact rural landscape.
    The Rundale Palace ensemble is Latvia's most outstanding Baroque and Rococo architecture monument. It was built between 1736 and 1740 as the summer residence of Duke Ernst Johan Biron of Courland, the favorite of Empress Anna Ioannovna of Russia. The palace was designed by the famous Russian court architect Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli.
  • 13:15 - 14:45 Lunch at the local restaurant “Rezidence.”
  • 15:00 bus transfer from Rundale Palace, Latvia
  • Enroute stop at the Hill of Crosses
  • 16:40 - 19:40 Drive to Vilnius
  • Check-in at Hilton Garden Inn
  • 20:30 Dinner at the hotel restaurant

Day 8: Sunday, May 18 – Vilnius & Trakai

  • Breakfast
  • 09:00 - 12:00 Walking Vilnius city tour - exploring UNESCO Old Town, a Baroque pearl and Green European Capital 2025. Getting to know the Uzupis Independent Republic – a bohemian neighborhood inhabited by artists, intellectuals and creatives
  • 12:00 Transfer to Trakai - the medieval capital of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, famous for its beautiful castle surrounded by lakes
  • 12:40 - 14:00 Kibinai cooking class and lunch at traditional Karaite restaurant Kybynlar
  • 14:00 - 14:30 Boat tour on Galve lake
  • 14:45 - 15:45 Visit to the Castle
  • Hot air balloon flight (weather permitting)
  • Return to Vilnius
  • Dinner at Imperial restaurant in Old Town
  • Transfer to hotel
