Day 1
08:15-08:30 Meet & greet in front of the hotel in Riga
08:30-10:00 Bus transfer from Riga to Pärnu county
10:00-13:15 Guided tour through the romantic coastline and Estonian Costal countryside. Visiting Kabli and Häädemeeste villages, nature and rural tourism, handicrafts. Rustic branch at Nurka Farm mansion.
13:15-13:30 Driving to Lottemaa
13:30-14:30 Lottemaa theme park site inspection. In Lottemaa, opened in summer 2014, over a hundred attractions, thematic houses, pleasant culinary experiences, souvenir shops and a beach are waiting to be discovered. There is enough to be discovered and invented as well as incredibly exciting adventures for the entire family to fill an entire day.
14:30-15:00 Driving to Pärnu seaside resort town
15:00- 16:30 Renovated Kurgo Villa site inspection. Villa offers a cosy stay for family with children, for business people as well as travellers seeking for peace and silence. Lunch in villa's café „Piparmünt". Delicious dishes made of local products. The menu is changed every 3 or 4 weeks according to what the sea and land has to offer. Herbs, to season the food, are grown in the hotel backyard.
16:45-17:45 SPA hotel „Tervise Paradiis" site inspection
18:00-18:45 Renovated SPA hotel „Tervis" site inspection
19:00 Check in Hedon SPA & hotel, opened in summer 2014

09:00-11:00 Driving to Tallinn
11:00-13:00 New Energy Discovery Centre inspection. Opened in June 2014, Energy discovery centre is a unique electricity and energy themed family science centre where you can discover, play and learn.
13:30-15:30 Lunch in NOA. Noa is remarkable for its location, architecture and interior design. Naturally, you can find the best flavours here accompanied by a million dollar view of the Tallinn skyline and the sea. Named on of 50 best restaurants in Estonia.
16:00-16:45 Palace hotel inspection. The building, constructed in 1937, is one of the most exciting, glamorous and spectacular buildings of its time; it has been a true calling card for Estonia throughout the ages. Re-opened after complete renovation in summer 2014.
17:00-17:45 St. Petersbourg hotel inspection. Hotel St. Petersbourg is a unique gem among Tallinn hotels. The history of the hotel building at Rataskaevu 7 dates back to the 14th century – it was mentioned for the first time in 1373. In 1850 the hotel was redesigned by prestigious architect Christian August Gabler, making the St. Petersbourg the oldest operating hotel in Tallinn, Estonia. The hotel gained its current appearance during the renovations that were completed in spring 2014.

19:30 Dinner in restaurnat Cru. Dmitri Haljukov, the head chef of the restaurant Cru, will represent Estonia in the Chef Olympics final Bocuse d'Or in Lyon 2015
